  • Monitoring regulatory developments and identifying opportunities to enhance governance processes and client outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand and international teams to deliver outstanding client service.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring a strong background in company secretarial, governance or corporate legal services, together with the confidence to engage directly with boards and senior stakeholders.
You will ideally possess:
  • 5+ years' experience in company secretarial, corporate governance, legal entity management or a related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASIC compliance requirements and ASX Listing Rules.
  • Experience supporting boards and committees, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and governance advisory.
  • The ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Experience building trusted relationships and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications with the Governance Institute of Australia, or similar governance-related credentials, will be highly regarded.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team operating at the forefront of governance and compliance advisory services.
Benefits include:
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-profile Australian and international clients.
  • Genuine career progression opportunities within a global organisation.
  • Access to experienced leaders and subject-matter experts who will support your professional development.
