DWS is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team delivering modern, scalable digital solutions within a large enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to stay hands-on across the full stack while contributing to solution design, uplifting engineering quality, and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay hands-on delivering full-stack features across .NET/.NET Core, C#, TypeScript/Next.js, SQL, GraphQL and API integrations
• Own components and services end-to-end, ensuring high quality and reliable delivery
• Contribute to solution design and architecture, supporting scalable and maintainable systems
• Drive consistent patterns, standards, and best practices across API services
• Champion DevSecOps excellence across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure coding
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Mentor engineers and uplift modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, MVC, and Web API
• Strong full-stack capability across React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as NestJS and Apollo GraphQL
• Experience with Prisma ORM and modern data-access patterns
• Advanced AWS cloud-native engineering experience and strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
• Experience designing scalable API architectures (REST and GraphQL)
• Strong database expertise with PostgreSQL and Oracle, including optimisation and schema design
• Strong CI/CD engineering experience using GitHub Actions and TeamCity, with a focus on automation and DevSecOps principles
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and orchestration
• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as Cline, Cursor, or AWS Bedrock
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence engineering teams
