We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and communicative Business Analyst Expert to gather, clarify and document business requirements, and lead the requirements of new systems and enhancements of existing solutions.

Your day-to-day mission:

• Act as key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, while upholding the project business scope.

• Drive elicitation and analysis of complex business requirements, challenge and refine proposed solutions, ensure they meet end-user needs, and flag any compliance or risk concerns.

• Document business requirements in a structured format that can be translated into functional and non-functional requirements.

• Manage requirements within the project development process including design, testing and deployment phases.

• Lead and mentor more junior colleagues.

• Lead change impact assessments, continuous improvement initiatives and manage stakeholder buy-in for major initiatives.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• Expertise in Collateral Management.

• Advanced experience as a Business Analyst (stakeholder management, elicitation) preferably in financial industry.

• Strong critical thinking along with analytical and problem-solving skills to extract and apply relevant information.

• Strong demonstrated autonomy, adaptability, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.

• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

What makes you stand out

• Knowledge of tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira and ServiceNow.

• Professional certifications (CBAP, Agile BA, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages, and familiarity with data management tools (e.g. Collibra).

About the Team

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
