Your role

Are you a motivated problem solver with an interest in investment banking? We're looking for a Analyst with 1-3 years of experience who can:
• support M&A and capital markets transactions by conducting research, analysis and basic financial modelling
• assist with company valuations, market updates and industry analysis for pitches and live deal execution
• prepare clear, accurate presentations, marketing materials and client discussion documents
• analyse companies, sectors and transaction trends to help identify key insights and opportunities
• work closely with senior bankers and colleagues across products, industries and geographies

Your team

You'll be working in the German Country Coverage team in Frankfurt with a focus on M&A transactions. We are a growing and successful team with a strong track record on mid- and large cap transactions.

Your expertise

• a strong university degree
• experience (1-3 years) in investment banking (M&A, ECM), strategic consultancy, private equity or a similar financial services profession
• strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly (you get it, and can communicate it to others)
• strong project management and execution track record
• in the past been exposed to working in an international framework
• an excellent communicator
• a resilient team player, even in challenging circumstances
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
