Job Description

Rolanfer, filiale de ArcelorMittal, recrute un Ingénieur Sécurité (H/F) en contrat à durée indeterminée.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Exploitation, vous êtes responsable de déployer et piloter la stratégie Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (HSE) afin de garantir la sécurité des collaborateurs et la conformité réglementaire des activités industrielles.

Vous contribuez activement à la prévention des risques, à l'amélioration continue et à la diffusion d'une culture sécurité forte au sein des équipes.

Responsabilités principales

- Déployer et animer le système de management HSE - 5S - WCM du service

- Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance sécurité (KPI)

- Réaliser des analyses de risques sécurité et environnement et assurer leur mise à jour

- Piloter la conformité réglementaire (directives européennes, exigences légales, normes ISO 45001 et 14001)

- Organiser et conduire des audits sécurité et suivre les plans d'actions associés

- Former et sensibiliser les équipes aux bonnes pratiques HSE et règles de sécurité

- Participer à l'analyse des accidents et incidents et définir les actions de prévention

- Assurer le suivi des plans d'urgence et d'évacuation

- Accompagner les équipes production et maintenance dans la mise en œuvre des outils et méthodes HSE

- Promouvoir une culture sécurité proactive et une présence terrain forte

Profil requis

- Diplôme Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement ou risques industriels)

- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en industrie sur un poste similaire

- Bonne connaissance des systèmes de management HSE et des normes ISO

- Maîtrise des outils MS Office, Power BI et connaissance de SAP

- Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse

Langues

- Français courant

- Anglais niveau C2

About the Team

ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg belongs to ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products, one of the three divisions of ArcelorMittal Europe, producing long products (sections, wire, sheet piles, round bars, rails, etc.) in 10 countries in Europe and North Africa for the construction and industry sectors.

ArcelorMittal Long Products Luxembourg or AM LPL, is an cluster of Belval, Differdange, Rodange and Dommeldange plants, with more than 2 000 employees and over 150 years of history.

Renowned for its high value-added products such as sheet piles and jumbo beams, which are delivered worldwide, AMLPL comprises :

• Two electric arc furnace, in Belval and Differdange, with an annual production capacity of more than 2 million tons
• Four rolling mills :
• Mill 2, located in Belval, specialized in sheet piles production (annual capacity : 500 000 tons)
• TMB, located in Belval specialized in medium-size beams (annual capacity : 800 000 tons)
• Grey Mill, located in Differdange, specialized in the production of the world's heaviest beams (annual capacity : 600 000 tons)
• Mill A, located in Rodange, specialized in rails and heavy angles, as well as some special sections (Track shoes, cathodic bars, etc) production (annual capacity : 250 000 tons)
• A mechanical workshop in Dommeldange
• A finishing workshop in Differdange, the Beam Finishing center (BFC)
• Its own electricity distribution entity (SOTEL)
