Your Role
As a Lead Account Representative (Lead FX Dealer), you will manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor. You will drive revenue growth and client retention by identifying business opportunities, delivering tailored FX and cross-border payment solutions, and supporting clients with risk management strategies. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to enhance new client engagement and provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues through best-practice sharing and leadership.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 6 years of experience in FX, foreign exchange, cross-border payments sales, or account management
• Proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise-level client relationships
• Strong experience selling complex FX hedging and international payment solutions
• Proactive approach to business development and opportunity identification
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with FX derivatives, credit management frameworks, or financial statement analysis will be advantageous
