Job Description

• Develop, test, and implement systematic trading strategies using quantitative models, statistical techniques, and market data analysis.
• Apply probability, statistics, and quantitative research methods to identify trading opportunities and generate alpha across financial markets.
• Translate trading ideas and market insights into structured, scalable strategy deployment and execution plans.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, evaluate strategy performance, and refine trading models.
• Build and maintain research and trading tools using Python or C++, leveraging libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and other statistical packages.
• Monitor trading performance, risk exposures, and market conditions to ensure effective execution and risk management.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and technology teams to enhance trading infrastructure and automate processes.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment, making data-driven decisions under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
