With a focus on professional service, efficiency, and care, they continue to enhance their claims and case management capabilities. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join their team and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and partners.

Your new role

• Manage and oversee complex insurance cases, ensuring accurate assessment, timely resolution, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, providing professional guidance and high-quality service throughout the case life cycle.
• Review and evaluate medical, financial, or claims documentation to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, medical, and operations) to resolve issues and improve case handling efficiency.
• Monitor case progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in insurance case management
• Strong communication and management skills
• Good written and spoken skills in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Insurance Authority (IA) licences Paper 1 & Paper 3 are a must
