• Achieve sales target set by the company.
• Expand the distribution channel by increasing no. of productive institutional distributors/business partners for MPF business
• Assist to devise and execute the sales & marketing strategies to achieve the business targets, monitor the progress and provide management with regular status update.
• Gather market information to make recommendation on product/service enhancement to ensure the competitiveness of Sun Life's products in the market
• Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of MPF and current market situation
• Extensive experience of distribution channel management
• Strong understanding of consumer attitude and behaviour
• Good negotiations and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Aggressive and result-oriented
• Successfully to build strong connection with business partners and clients
• Ability to make strategic recommendations and contribute new ideas to increase business opportunities

Qualifications

• University graduate in business discipline
• At least 8 year relevant experience with 2-3 years in managerial role
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation and skill and be able to give professional advice to business partners or clients on MPF
• Proficiency in PC skills including PPT, Words and Excel
