WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll join our Creative Services team and collaborate closely with client teams and business partners to deliver high-quality visual communications that support Bain and client objectives.

Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, you'll partner with colleagues across teams to transform complex information into compelling visual stories while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As Presentation Designer , your role will require you to work closely with client teams and business partners to provide high quality, fast turnaround presentation design assistance and advice on design solutions that effectively conveys the client's message and objectives. The position requires exceptional time management and attention to detail to ensure precise, efficient, and prompt fulfilment of assigned tasks as well as quality assurance for more junior team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce high-quality, fast turnaround design support for client teams and business partners, according to Bain and client brand standards
• Support client teams and business partners to produce work that is timely and accurate
• Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions with the goal of making the information and aesthetics simple, clear, and consistent
• In-depth knowledge of presentation design toolkit (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, data visualization)
• Contribute to team success by quality-checking the work of less experienced colleagues

ABOUT YOU

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Understand fundamental design principles and apply them to presentation and visual communication work
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail across layout, formatting, consistency, and accuracy
• Translate complex information into clear, simple, and visually effective presentations
• Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate updates in a timely manner
• Build trusted and collaborative relationships with stakeholders by seeking clarification, incorporating feedback, and providing regular updates on work progress
• Work independently or as part of a design team, applying design direction from asset libraries, project owners, and design mentors with accuracy
• Show a willingness to learn, develop presentation design skills, and contribute to high-quality team delivery

Required Qualifications

Candidates will be considered for the appropriate level within the Creative Services team based on their skills, experience, and interview performance.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a design-focused professional environment
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Model: Hybrid | Office Attendance: 2 days per week
Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
