What will you do?

• Point of contact for servicing clients and interacting with the market and other providers.
• Manage a designated portfolio of client relationships across the fund distribution servicing spectrum, including Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, Cash and FX-related enquiries.
• Provide high-quality investor and distributor experience, managing and resolving enquiries relating to fund information, business rules, trade processing, subscriptions/redemptions, cash movements, reconciliations, stock transfers, contract notes, statements and other day-to-day servicing matters.
• Coordinate with relevant local and global operational teams and stakeholders, including Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, Custody and other service providers, to investigate issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Govern overall service delivery to clients, drive improvement of service quality.
• Perform proactive service for a designated portfolio of client relationships across product base.
• Fostering a client centric mindset throughout the teams.
• Document opportunities, prioritize and lead enhancements to Client Experience, thereby support client retention objectives.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Tertiary education in relevant background

Level of minimal experience
3-5 years

Experience

• Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin and Cantonese professionally
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency (TA) / Investor Services processes, including the end-to-end investor transaction and servicing lifecycle
• Client Servicing experience with operational experience in the product
• Operational experience in more than one product line
