Mercator® by Citco is the pioneer of Global Entity Portfolio Management services. Our centralized client service infrastructure means we are able to provide end-to-end support in over 170 jurisdictions worldwide.

The majority of our clients are multinational corporations with anywhere upwards from 50 legal entities. They include Fortune 1000, Global 2000 and industry leaders based globally, and covering major business sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SharePoint administration, user education and security;
• Manage SharePoint environment and assist the KM Manager in the optimal use and performance of the server and network;
• Develop and program SharePoint web designs to improve the site contents of the server;
• Proper storage of large volume of documents and maintain document libraries, folder structures, and configuration of the server;
• Maintain and develop multiple business relations with internal and/or external stakeholders to contribute to the business needs and build long term business relationships;
• Develop and update technical skills and professional knowledge, monitor internal and external industry developments, and share relevant information, to contribute to the desired knowledge level within Mercator;
• Assist the KM Manager to configure and maintain contents in Mercators's knowledge resources ensuring that information is complete, accurate, up-to-date, and readily available.

Qualifications

• Have a college or university degree in either of the following: Library and Information Science, Information Technology or other
• Have at least a year experience working in an international company;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English in both written and verbal;
• Flexible, proactive and attentive to detail and a team player;
• Have advanced skill in any document management system, statistical and PDF software;
• Have advanced skill or knowledgeable of SharePoint;
• Knowledgeable in different coding languages
