Your role

Would you like to gain more experience in the investment fund industry? Do you have an audit and risk mindset? We're looking for an Senior Fund Oversight Specialist (US hours) in Poland to:

• Perform regular independent controls over fund administration processes for US-domiciled funds (e.g. NAV calculation, financial statements and regulatory reporting reviews), fulfilling the oversight responsibilities of the governing body.
• Assess and mitigate operational and regulatory risks associated with Fund administration activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve procedures.
• Support regulatory change management activities.

Your team

You will be working in the ManCo Delivery Team at UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A., Poland Branch. The team is responsible for delivering investment fund-related services to European Management Companies located in Luxembourg and Switzerland, as well as to a US fund manager. You will report directly to a local Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

Your expertise

• 7+ years of experience in the fund administration.
• Willingness to work US working hours (e.g. 12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00 local time).
• Sound knowledge of fund administration and fund accounting processes, including financial statement review (knowledge of US fund specifics would be an asset).
• A relevant academic background, such as a degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner with a careful and exact approach to allocated tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Very good written and spoken English (knowledge of German or French will be an asset).
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
