Service Delivery Coordinator (ARL 6) - Italy Claims Team

Role Overview

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of Italy Claims processing. You will coordinate team workload, support SLA delivery, and act as a key point of contact for operational issues and improvements.

What the day will look like

• Coordinating daily operations, workload planning, and backlog management.
• Leading operational meetings and supporting client calls where required.
• Monitoring service performance and preparing operational and SLA reports.
• Handling escalations and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintaining SOPs and ensuring strong knowledge sharing practices.
• Identifying process gaps and driving improvements and solutions.
• Acting as a key point of contact across teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in service delivery or operations environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent English is required.
