About the role

Start your career at the heart of the global financial system.

As an Operations Analyst in our growing Kraków team, you will help ensure that cash and securities transactions are processed accurately, safely and on time. You'll gain exposure to the infrastructure that supports global financial markets while building expertise across a range of operational activities.

What you will do

• Process specialised cash and securities activities accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Investigate exceptions and complex cases.
• Apply controls that help manage operational risk and ensure service quality.
• Work with colleagues across Euroclear Bank to resolve cases and support clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to team initiatives and projects as your knowledge and experience grow.

What you bring

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to ask questions, investigate issues and escalate when appropriate.
• The ability to organise work effectively and manage priorities.

• A good command of English.

Experience in banking, financial services or another process-driven environment is welcome, but not essential.
