We are looking for

Your role in the team

A Stock Reconciliation Team manages end-to-endreconciliation to determine the stock discrepancy between Allfunds records andthe Market.

The objectives of the Team are to:
Upload manual statements into the Reconciliation tool correctly and accurately.
Proactively improve statements % rate by adequate chasing
Improve STP% rate by coordination and cooperation with TAs/ FHs
Investigate and process breaks; assign specialized breaks for further investigation to operational teams
Track and monitor breaks with operational breaks owners to process them correctly and accurately
Perform analysis of breaks root causes and propose the preventive actions, track progress with operational team

Currently, we are looking for a JuniorSpecialist who will be among others responsible for:
Timely and accurate participation in reconciliation process performance by uploading statements to the tool
Daily collaboration with foreign external banking institutions such as transfer agencies and fund houses
Collaboration between teams and departments within the organization across different countries
Flawless process delivery in line with timeframes agreed in SLAs & KPIs
Acting in line with procedures and ensuring there are no mistakes resulting from not adhering to the existing rules & procedures
Raising identified breaks, assigning them to relevant recipients and making sure they are picked up and solved on time.
Producing clear and transparent reports to the Management and Clients
Taking part in system related tests
Maintaining superior relationship with internal and external clients and promoting client focus approach among other team members and teams
Taking ownership in relation to own daily duties
Executing any other task prioritized by the manager / ad hoc activities
