Are you passionate about the financial world? For our desk covering CEE, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Account Manager.

What would your role be?

• Take ownership and manage a client portfolio, putting the client's needs in first place.
• Be responsible for the revenues of the book, managing the volume of work, and demand of the clients.
• Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client's accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
• Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
• Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings, and in the preparation of investment proposals.
• Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
• Fluency in German and English and effective communication skills. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
• A strong team player and a strong interest in high-level client service.
• Good understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a willingness to embrace AI-enabled tools and ways of working.
