Responsible for any activities of the client lifecycle for Cross Unit Relationships (CUR). Act as the counterpart of the Relationship Manager at a Julius Baer Booking Center location (location i.e. entity of the Julius Baer Group which has permission to provide clients with banking, dealing and custody services).




YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage all activities across the client lifecycle for Cross Unit Relationships (CURs), with a focus on the joint-venture partner serving Japanese clients.


• Deliver high-quality service to the joint-venture partner, ensuring seamless execution of banking activities and adapting to their cultural and linguistic requirements.


• Develop and maintain a strong partnership with the joint-venture partner


• Act as a Competence Centre, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Bank initiatives, products, documentation, internal processes, policies, and regulatory developments relevant to the Japanese market.


• Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, risk, and compliance, to ensure smooth processing and minimise potential risks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of Japanese culture and language would be an advantage.
