- Responsible Financial Officer - under s151 of the LG Act 1972
- Medium Term Financial Plan
- Tansformation and Change
- Evaluation, monitoring and delivery assurance (investments & Projects)

- Digital, Data and Technology
- CCR estate and assets
- People, Culture & Learning and Development
- Social Partnership
- Procurement & Commissioning
YOU WILL BRING:
- Successful and respected leader with a track record of working at board/executive level - in either the public or private sector.
- Experience working directly with Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer and providing sound advice, balancing the need for both collective and individual accountability in a complex and challenging environment.
- Ability to demonstrate a leadership style that promotes psychological safety and encourages individual development.
- Significant experience in shaping and delivering financial plans and functions that underpin wider corporate priorities and objectives.
- Experience of working with political leaders, Committee Chairs and / or equivalent and providing sound financial advice.
- Demonstrable experience of working with colleagues across organisations and beyond - to deliver a joined-up approach to service planning and delivery.
- Experience at leading on issues at Board, Committee and Audit Committee level.
- Proven experience at large change programmes, project management and transformation.
