This is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional to work on complex and high-profile transactions across the healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare services, and related industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers, healthcare executives, and industry experts, supporting M&A transactions, capital raises, strategic advisory mandates, and financial analysis for leading healthcare businesses.

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Valuation

1. Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
2. Perform company, transaction, and industry analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
3. Analyse financial statements and operating performance of healthcare companies.
4. Assess industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

Transaction Execution

1. Support the execution of mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
2. Prepare transaction materials including pitch books, information memorandums, management presentations, and marketing materials.
3. Coordinate due diligence processes and facilitate information flow between stakeholders.
4. Assist in managing transaction timelines and workstreams.

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and industry stakeholders.
2. Participate in client meetings and presentations.
3. Support senior bankers in delivering strategic advice and sector insights.

Healthcare Industry Research

1. Monitor developments across the healthcare landscape, including regulatory changes, innovation trends, and market activity.
2. Conduct research across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare services, medical devices, and related sectors.
3. Contribute to thought leadership, market updates, and sector reports.

Team Collaboration

1. Work closely with colleagues across investment banking, legal, compliance, and operations functions.

Candidate Profile Experience
