What You'll Do

✓ Architect & Implement a robust Data QA Strategy & COE
✓ Automate & Optimize data quality testing for ETL/ELT pipelines
✓ Develop & Integrate test automation with DevOps pipelines
✓ Lead & Mentor a global team of Data QA Engineers
✓ Collaborate with Data Engineers & Business Leaders to align data quality initiatives
✓ Own & Enhance data validation frameworks using tools like dbt, QuerySurge, and Great Expectations
✓ Ensure Compliance & Integrity across cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, GCP)
What You Bring

12+ years of experience in Data QA, Test Automation, and Data Governance
Strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT testing, and data pipeline validation
Automation-first mindset - hands-on with Java/Python frameworks
Deep knowledge of data testing tools (QuerySurge, dbt, Informatica Data Quality)
Experience integrating QA automation with DevOps
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
