We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Associate Development Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and administering all aspects of talent development programs and initiatives for our UK & European business.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate Profile
Ideally you would have worked in a professional services environment.
You'll bring:
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and precision in all programme materials, documentation, and data management. Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee the integrity of all our development collateral and communications.
• Problem Solving: Identify challenges or roadblocks in program implementation and develop creative solutions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation, including Partners, Leaders and Associates both in-person, via the telephone and via email as necessary. Prepare presentations, reports, and other communications related to development programmes. Serve as a point of contact for programme-related enquiries and provide timely and helpful responses.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Associate Development team, HR Business Partners, HR Advisors and Administrators, Talent Acquisition, our internal subject matter experts, and external vendors and venues, to ensure seamless programme delivery. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, actively participating as a team player to achieve shared goals.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Associate Development Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and administering all aspects of talent development programs and initiatives for our UK & European business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Program Planning - managing the development program schedule
- Program Logistics - arranging internal / external venues, equipment etc.
- Program Communication - sending out emails and invitations to attendees of development programmes or other events
- Feedback surveys
- Learning Management System - acting as the main point of contact for our LMS provider
- Data Management and Reporting
- Onboarding support
- Vendor and Venues management
- Professional Study - taking responsibility for professional study queries
- Day to Day Support - monitor the central training inbox and ensure queries and requests are responded to efficiently and accurately, escalating where appropriate.
