We're looking for an exceptional Product Controller from either an Investment Bank or Hedge Fund environment, with experience across Equity Derivatives and/or Commodities , who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and wants front-row exposure to the trading desk, portfolio managers and fund leadership.

This isn't a traditional Product Control role.

You'll sit at the centre of the investment process, partnering directly with traders, portfolio managers, risk and operations teams to provide commercial insight, challenge valuations and drive performance transparency across complex portfolios.

1. Daily P&L production, analysis and attribution
2. Partnering closely with Portfolio Managers and trading teams
3. Independent valuation verification across complex derivatives portfolios
4. Analysis and explanation of risk, market movements and trading performance
5. Reviewing and challenging front-office marks
6. Investigating pricing, valuation and booking issues
7. Supporting new product launches and trading strategies
8. Enhancing controls, reporting and valuation methodologies
9. Working alongside Risk, Operations, Treasury and Finance teams
10. Producing meaningful management information for senior leadership

1. Product Control experience gained within a leading Investment Bank, Commodity Trading House or Hedge Fund
2. Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives and/or Commodities products
3. Experience covering listed and OTC instruments
4. Excellent understanding of P&L attribution, valuation methodologies and risk drivers
5. Strong analytical and technical capability
6. Ability to build credibility with senior traders and investment professionals
7. Commercial mindset with a desire to understand how the fund generates returns
8. Ambitious, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
