Healthcare Investment Banking Vice President

We are currently partnering with a leading global investment bank to appoint an experienced Vice President within its Healthcare Investment Banking team in London. This is a high profile opportunity to join a well established platform with strong deal flow, a collaborative culture, and a growing European franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of M&A, equity and debt transactions across the Healthcare sector, working closely with senior bankers and clients
• Take ownership of key workstreams including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials
• Play a central role in client interaction, supporting senior relationship management and contributing to origination efforts
• Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high quality output across all deliverables
• Contribute to sector coverage initiatives, including market analysis and idea generation

Candidate Profile:

• 6 to 10 years of experience within investment banking, with a strong focus on Healthcare
• Proven track record of executing transactions across M&A and capital markets
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing junior team members
• Strong academic background from a leading university
