This role supports a broad range of tax matters across a financial services organization, partnering with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Operations on strategic initiatives, technical tax issues, compliance, and risk management. The position offers exposure to partnership tax, investment-related tax matters, business transactions, and regulatory developments in a fast-paced environment.

• Support partnership tax matters and coordinate with external service providers.
• Advise internal stakeholders on investment, asset management, and transaction-related tax considerations.
• Assist with tax compliance, reporting, and tax risk management activities.
• Research and analyze complex tax issues and communicate findings to business leaders.
• Support strategic transactions, restructurings, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the organization.
• Assist with international and cross-border tax matters.
• Support tax audits, examinations, and responses to tax authorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide practical tax guidance and process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field; CPA, MST, or JD preferred.
• 8+ years of tax experience with strong technical tax research skills.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, asset management, or investment management environments.
• Knowledge of partnership taxation and corporate tax concepts.
• Exposure to international tax issues and cross-border transactions is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
