  • Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery of integration and stewardship priorities

  • Contribute end-to-end support of impact investing strategies, including working with portfolio managers and research analysts, reviewing fundamental research and impact data, developing impact measurement and reporting, valuation, and stock selection

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, creative, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, driving multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative team player with ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting within an established firm

  • Prior experience in or strong demonstrated interest in sustainable or impact investing, with familiarity of industry frameworks and terminology

  • Experience with AI-enabled tools a plus
