One Federal Solution seeks a Program Manager to manage our contractor staff on the HQ Services program. You will plan, run, and monitor tasks from start to finish, holding them to timelines, budgets, and ISO 9001 quality standards.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award.
Task and Duties:

• Manage contractor staff, assign schedules, supervise personnel, and review work discrepancies
• Plan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception to completion on time, on budget, and to quality standards
• Apply Quality Management Systems and keep the program compliant with ISO 9001
• Identify risks and build mitigation strategies to ensure successful task outcomes
• Work with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement for more efficient capabilities and performance
• Communicate the organization's policies, purposes, and goals to staff
• Foster innovation across the team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
• A track record in risk management and fostering innovation
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience in place of the degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Active Secret Clearance Required
