An opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to join a major organisational transformation focused on improving compliance, training delivery, and workforce engagement. This high-profile initiative will play a critical role in ensuring mandatory training obligations are effectively delivered, monitored, and reported across a diverse stakeholder environment.
Working within a complex organisation, you will support the uplift of learning and compliance capabilities, enhance reporting and analytics foundations, and drive adoption of new processes and technology-enabled solutions.
Your new role
As the Change Manager, you will lead the people side of change across a business-critical compliance and training transformation program. You will partner closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term behavioural change.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end change management activities using structured methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Conducting change impact and organisational readiness assessments.
- Developing and delivering communication, engagement, and training strategies.
- Managing stakeholder engagement across executive, operational, and external stakeholder groups.
- Defining and tracking adoption metrics and change KPIs.
- Identifying and managing change risks, resistance, and mitigation strategies.
- Supporting project governance through regular reporting and change updates.
- Coordinating readiness activities to ensure stakeholders are prepared for implementation.
- Delivering targeted interventions including workshops, awareness campaigns, training sessions, and engagement activities.
- Supporting benefits realisation and the successful transition of change ownership into BAU operations.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change within complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of recognised change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience influencing and supporting leaders to sponsor and champion change.
- Strong analytical capability with experience conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change risk analysis.
- Demonstrated experience developing resistance management and adoption strategies.
- Ability to define, measure, and report on change adoption and behavioural outcomes.
- Experience developing training materials, communications, FAQs, onboarding resources, and engagement collateral.
- A track record of driving successful adoption of technology-enabled or enterprise-wide initiatives.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
- Exposure to compliance, policy, regulatory, or mandatory training programs.
- Experience working in higher education or similarly complex stakeholder environments.
