Your New RoleThis is a 12-month contract opportunity offering between $320 - $360 per day + super.As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end desktop and user support services. Your responsibilities will include device provisioning and refresh activities, onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and managing tickets through ITSM and CMDB tools. You'll also support remote users, configure enterprise applications, and ensure timely resolution of incidents while providing a high level of service, including VIP user support.
What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will bring:
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and CMDB tools
- Exposure to Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF
- Strong skills in desktop support, PC builds, OS deployment, and troubleshooting (hardware, OS, LAN, TCP/IP)
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
- Ability to configure Outlook, enterprise applications, printers, and network connectivity
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability, including root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and prioritise workloads
- Understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery best practices
- Competitive daily rate between $320 - $360 + super
- Immediate start on a 12-month contract
