Working directly alongside an experienced Finance Manager, this role offers far more than standard month-end processing. Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Management Reporting: Deliver accurate month-end/year-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis with meaningful commercial commentary.
• Planning & Audit: Assist with budgeting, forecasting cycles, and year-end external audit preparation.
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiency gains across core financial workflows and accounting systems.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational teams across the business to translate numbers into actionable insight.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide targeted reporting and decision support for executive leadership.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
• 2-5 years' experience, ideally from Big 4 or mid-tier, not essential
• Strong technical accounting foundation
• Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Immediately available or on short notice (highly regarded)
