A National Managed Service Provider requires a Technical Account Manager for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP to be based in Melbourne's South-East. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and ongoing career development. This role will be predominantly based at client sites throughout Melbourne.
Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted technology advisor.
- Aligning clients' IT infrastructure to best practice standards set by the company.
- Making recommendations to help improve the client's technical environment.
- Conducting Technical Alignment Reviews and regular onsite visits.
- Identifying risks and sales opportunities and providing recommendations.
- Assisting clients with technology planning, roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives.
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Strong client management experience in an MSP setting.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies and modern business IT environments.
- Experience with Autotask PSA, Datto RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A current driver's licence and vehicle.
