Your Profile

We're looking for a senior delivery leader who combines strong analytical rigour with genuine delivery discipline. You'll bring experience leading multidisciplinary teams, applying systems and design thinking, and translating between business and technical stakeholders, with the pragmatism to ship high-quality solutions reliably.

What is required from you

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from discovery through to shipped, working solutions
• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers
• Apply systems thinking to assess how each solution interacts with the wider operating model
• Set the standard for business analysis - depth of discovery, quality of requirements, clarity of solution definition
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, track progress against milestones, and own risk and dependency management
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline plus 8+ years' experience in delivery, transformation, product or analysis leadership
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and applying user-centred design or design thinking
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and executive audiences
