Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to support a short-term supplier master data uplift project within Oracle. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate, including someone on a Working Holiday Visa, looking to gain experience in a professional corporate environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous data entry, administration, or back-office support experience.
- Comfortable working with systems and updating records.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with Oracle or Accounts Payable data is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain supplier master data within Oracle.
- Perform high-volume data entry and data cleansing activities.
- Review, amend, and validate Accounts Payable and supplier records.
- Follow established instructions and processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with data quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial and supplier information.
- Immediate start.
- Short-term contract with a well-known organisation.
- Full-time onsite role based at UTS Broadway.
- Competitive hourly rate.
