This is a permanent full-time Senior Manager opportunity in Melbourne or Sydney for a strategic alliance leader ready to help define Deloitte's approach to AI-enabled growth.

What will your typical day look like?

At the centre of this role is the Deloitte Australia relationship with Anthropic - setting the alliance strategy, building senior stakeholder relationships, and translating shared priorities into a clear plan for growth. You'll represent Deloitte in alliance planning and governance conversations, identify new areas for collaboration, and align the alliance agenda to firm, industry and Business Unit priorities.

A big part of your focus will be activating the market around Anthropic-related capabilities. That means working with Growth leaders, alliance stakeholders and client-facing teams to shape go-to-market initiatives, strengthen Deloitte's presence in the AI market, and support the development of differentiated propositions that connect emerging technology to real client needs.

This is a highly connected role with broad influence across the firm. Working across sectors, Growth Platforms and Business Units, you'll help shape strategic opportunities, promote capability development and learning pathways, and connect alliance activity to the wider AI ecosystem as priorities evolve.

About the team

You'll join Deloitte's Growth business, where alliances, market development and strategic opportunity creation come together to help the firm grow in new and differentiated ways. This team works across Business Units, industries and strategic ecosystems to turn important relationships into meaningful market outcomes - creating pathways to new client opportunities, stronger propositions and capability uplift across the firm. In this role, Anthropic sits at the heart of that agenda as one of Deloitte's most important emerging AI alliances.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• Experience building, leading and growing strategic partnerships in consulting, technology, alliances or growth-focused environments

• Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across complex matrix organisations

• Commercial acumen and a track record of shaping opportunities, go-to-market activity or strategic growth initiatives

• A strong understanding of the AI market, alliance ecosystem and the implications of emerging technologies for clients and firms

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that bring together multiple stakeholders around a shared outcome

• Strong communication and strategic storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into a clear and compelling narrative

• A collaborative leadership style and the judgement to navigate evolving priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Experience with alliance governance, capability development or certification programs would be valuable
