The Role
As a HR Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to provide strategic and operational HR advice that supports business objectives and delivers positive people outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with leaders to provide trusted HR advice and coaching.
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace investigations.
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, industrial relations and HR policies.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver people-focused projects and organisational initiatives.
- Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, inclusion and high performance.
About You
You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering practical, people-focused solutions.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong employee relations and case management experience.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Experience supporting organisational change and workforce initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Previous experience within government or a complex organisation will be highly regarded.
