The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to provide strategic and operational HR advice that supports business objectives and delivers positive people outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with leaders to provide trusted HR advice and coaching.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace investigations.
• Support workforce planning, organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employment legislation, industrial relations and HR policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver people-focused projects and organisational initiatives.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on engagement, inclusion and high performance.

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering practical, people-focused solutions.

You'll bring:

• Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations and case management experience.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Previous experience within government or a complex organisation will be highly regarded.
