We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist to support the Marketing team in delivering high-quality, effective marketing and communications campaigns and activities to enable our cross-market product strategy.

In this generalist B2B marketing role, you'll be developing product marketing collateral and communication materials to support the deployment of campaigns, the release of news and company updates, the utility of digital channels including the website and intranet, and the development of trending topic thought leadership pieces.

Key responsibilities:
- Advise and support product lines with marketing requirements, including website content, social media, product collateral, and related materials.
- Work with the Marketing team to support Marketing Managers in the execution of brand and acquisition marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Write, edit, and publish product and corporate content across a broad range of channels, including brochureware, website copy, and digital platforms.
- Mark-up and brief collateral updates to the design agency and oversee the development of updated content.
- Leverage AI tools to drive speed to market and efficiency
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise activity accordingly.
- Upload new and updated content into our platforms and ensure the marketing collateral register is updated accordingly.
- Maintain brand policies and guidelines and provide support to teams on corporate branding.
- Ensure that corporate identity, branding, compliance, legal, and LMIG corporate guidelines and procedures are followed.
- Proofread materials for the team to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to risk and compliance controls, including approval processes, logo licences, and training requirements.
- Work closely with internal product specialists to support the development of Liberty's product content and obtain relevant legal approvals for external communications.
- Manage administrative duties on behalf of the Marketing & Communications team, including version control of all marketing material and management of content on the marketing shared drive and SharePoint.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Contribute to an effective team environment by interacting professionally with all team members and providing development, support, and assistance as required.
- Take responsibility for and show initiative in the development of technical and soft skills.
- Demonstrate behaviour at all times in line with Liberty's core values.
- Ensure compliance with all Liberty Mutual, Liberty, legal, statutory, and corporate affairs
- requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
About you:
- We'd love to hear from you if you bring a strong mix of writing skills, marketing capability, and a proactive approach. Our Ideal candidate will have.
- Experience in a marketing department or agency environment, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A solid understanding of marketing communications principles and practices.
- An interest in, and practical use of, AI tools and technologies.
- Strong self-management, planning, and organisational skills.
- Strong teamwork, influencing, and negotiation skills.
