Your new role
An opportunity exists for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to support a critical platform improvement project. The organisation has an existing ITOM implementation in place. However, challenges within the current environment are limiting the full value and functionality of the solution. You will play a key role in assessing, enhancing and optimising the ITOM landscape, helping to unlock greater operational visibility, automation and service intelligence.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4-7+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration, implementation and platform support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, governance and data quality management.
- Experience with Certificate Inventory Management and related platform capabilities.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise existing ITOM implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, with ITOM, CMDB or other relevant ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills within enterprise environments.
14-week contract with a globally recognised technology organisation, competitive daily rate and flexible hybrid working arrangements from anywhere in Australia.
