As a Business Manager, you will focusing on maximise individual fee performance by effectively managing all aspects of the recruitment process.

Fee performance - achieve consistent individual fee results in the top 10%

• Business development develop and implement effective individual business and sales plans to achieve growth targets
• Recruitment methodology - facilitate the end to end recruitment process as per the permanent and temporary recruitment procedures
• Leadership & culture management - support management to maintain a high-performance culture aligned with the Valued Behaviour
• Coaching & development - on the job training and coaching particularly in the area of business development

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly motivated and sales driven with extensive recruitment experience
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
• Proud of your strong track record exceeding targets
• Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
• Solution focussed, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those your encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates and colleagues
