Ou client is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role
Processing invoices and assisting with payment administrationRecording incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Following up outstanding accounts and assisting with reporting activities
Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations
Maintaining financial data and supporting ledger administration
Assisting with expense allocation and transaction processing
Supporting month-end finance activities as required
Providing general administrative support across the finance team
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping positionSound understanding of basic accounting processes and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication skills and a professional approach
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
A dependable attitude and willingness to support the wider team
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
