We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team in a broad, hands-on role. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while working in a collaborative environment that values initiative and professional development.
This role will report directly into the Managing Director and an in-dept onboarding will be provided.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for 40 employees
- Process supplier invoices and supplier payments
- Manage monthly expenses in SAP Concur
- Manage Accounts Receivable; including collections, receipting and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and lodge BAS and GST returns
Your Profile
- Previous experience in a full-function Bookkeeper role
- Strong Xero experience is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude
