Operating within a collaborative finance team based in the Sydney CBD, this position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant. Working closely with executive leadership, you will take complete ownership of the daily, monthly, and annual reporting framework while getting involved in diverse commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core month-end and year-end procedures, general ledger maintenance, and fixed asset registers.
• Prepare statutory compliance returns (BAS/IAS) and complete bank and loan reconciliations.
• Oversee daily cash flow reporting, treasury updates, supplier payments, and bank guarantee applications.
• Handle operational finance workflows, including journals, credit cards, and AP/AR entries.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc project reporting, workflow enhancements, and commercial initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end Senior or Financial Accountant role (CA/CPA welcomed but not essential).
• Solid technical accounting foundation with proficiency in mid-tier ERP systems and Excel.
• High attention to detail, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
