Role Overview:

This position involves working on the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models within trading systems. You will be responsible for designing and developing key components of the machine learning infrastructure, including data processing, training, inference, and performance optimization, to ensure stability and efficiency in a production environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Solid foundation in computer engineering and the ability to analyze complex systems
• Practical experience in at least one of the following: large-scale data systems, distributed systems, machine learning platforms and workflows, model training and inference systems, system performance optimization, or GPU performance tuning
• Ability to debug and iterate systems under real-world constraints
• Strong ownership mentality, capable of proactively identifying and defining problems

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data processing systems to convert high-throughput, noisy trading data into stable, efficient model inputs suitable for production
• Build and optimize infrastructure for model training and inference
• Develop experimental and evaluation systems to improve model iteration efficiency and ensure traceability and reliability of results
• Continuously improve end-to-end machine learning platform processes for stable deployment and operation in live trading environments
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the tech stack, focusing on computation, memory, scheduling, and I/O aspects

Requirements:

• Right to work in the specified region
• Experience with relevant technical areas such as large-scale data or distributed systems (must-have)
• Practical experience in system debugging and ongoing iteration
• Ability to work on-site

Nice to Have:

• Fluency in Chinese language
