What the job involves

• Involvement across all aspects of the transaction process, including origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and portfolio management
• Ownership of specific workstreams and responsibility for running elements of transactions
• Active engagement with portfolio companies post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

• Exposure to private equity transactions, likely gained in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting or similar
• Strong commercial judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and technical capability
• International experience and strong academic background advantageous
• Nordic language skills and ties to the region preferred
