Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Product Manager, Video to join our team and play a critical role. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

Who You Are:

You are a passionate and experienced product leader with a strong understanding of video technologies and a willingness to innovate and to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation video solutions, with a specific focus on DVB Native IP/Satellite Streaming and 5G broadcast solutions. You will be a key contributor to the Video Business Unit, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define and deliver innovative products that address market needs and create new opportunities for Eutelsat.

What You'll Do:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DVB Native IP/Satellite Streaming and 5G broadcast solutions within the broader video portfolio
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and customer needs assessment to identify opportunities and unmet needs
  • Translate market insights and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases and prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand
• Product Development & Execution:
  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Enablement:
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, working closely with marketing and sales teams
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers
  • Develop and deliver product training and enablement materials for internal teams and external partners
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and participating in customer presentations and demonstrations
• Market & Technology Expertise:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in video technology, particularly in DVB standards, broadcasting & streaming, and 5G broadcast
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Evaluate new technologies and their potential application within Eutelsat's video offerings

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the video industry
• Deep understanding of video delivery technologies, including DVB standards, IP networking, streaming protocols (e.g., HLS, DASH), and content delivery networks (CDNs)
• Strong knowledge of 5G broadcast technologies and their potential applications in the media industry is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other European languages is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
