Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity within our Sales Team, focusing on the North of France. The role involves managing the customer and prospect portfolio, overseeing commercial growth, and ensuring profitability across all markets within the designated area.
Responsiblities
- Manage a client portfolio
- Plan your commercial actions and manage your priorities, in accordance with the strategy defined with your manager. Use of Commercial Excellence tools
- Ensure the development of turnover and market shares through regular visits to customers and prospects in the area
- Ensure the development of new products in the range
- Ensure the development of commercial proposals with a complete full service package
- Identify the needs of customers to propose offers as close as possible to their expectations
- Ensure the transmission of information essential to the understanding of customers and / or suppliers on the different Calderys markets
- Ensure regular reporting of its activities through CRM tools
- Be guarantor of the average payment time (DSO) for his area
- Apply the guidelines and procedures related to quality
- Ensuring the reporting and monitoring of Product non-conformities and / or Product Implementation
- Actively participate in the resolution of Quality disputes with its customers
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, educate teams on preventive measures to achieve our safety objectives
- Setting of business development and margin objectives,
- Setting qualitative objectives for monitoring its commercial activity
- Setting financial targets (DSO, EBIT, Cash Flow)
Requirements
- Experience in B to B relationships, knowledge of the key Calderys sectors: Installers business, Aluminum, Petrochemical, Incinerator and boiler, Cement, Glass
- Comfortable in industrial environment and adapted technical capacities
- Fluent in French and English language (technical and commercial)
- Strong ability to convince and win customers,
- Good communication skills
- Organized, rigorous and autonomous
- Ability to work in a team, commercial and technical,
- Ability to establish regular, reliable and relevant reporting with Management
- Ability to use common IT tools (Excel, Word, Web tools)
- Flexible to do Regular Travel
- Master degree or equivalent experience
