Job Description

Dans le cadre de ses activités transport routier, votre rôle sera d'accompagner le Manager Moyen Logistique Route sur des sujets d'amélioration continue, d'automatisation et d'optimisation des processus transport. L'alternance portera sur l'ensemble des 7 sites du cluster.

Missions principales : En collaboration vous serez amené(e) à :
• Participer à différents projets dans le domaine du transport route pour les 7 sites AMFN
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'améliorations dans le domaine des taux de chargements
• Apporter votre soutien à un projet d'intelligence artificielle pour l'affrêtement des camions et de l'attribution des parts de marché.
• Mettre à jour des documents liés aux opérations route
• Assister le Manager dans les routines opérationnelles et les suivis réguliers
• Être force de proposition sur l'automatisation de tâches à faible valeur ajoutée
• Préparer des supports de formation pour l'équipe

Profil:

Master en Logistique / Ecole de commerce option Supply Chain

Qualités requises:

• Esprit pragmatique et capacité à avancer avec des outils perfectibles mais fonctionnels
• Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en transverse
• Rigueur, fiabilité et sens du service
• Goût pour la résolution de problèmes et l'accompagnement du changement
• Esprit d'analyse, structuration et logique opérationnelle
Compétences requises:
• Bonne connaissance de la Supply Chain et de ses métiers
• Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel avancé)
• Bonne connaissance Power BI
• Aisance dans le traitement et l'analyse de données
• Connaissances en systèmes d'information logistique

The ArcelorMittal Supply Chain team has the end to end responsibility from order acceptance to delivery to the customer. Supply Chain manages raw material and demand planning, sales & operations planning, product flows and production scheduling, shipment planning and transport execution. We optimise service performance, production cost and inventories in the volatile environment of changing markets and industrial conditions. Our team coordinates between the commercial teams, the production entities and the purchasing organisation. In this wide range of activities, our customer team strives for optimal customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
