Job Description

Mission:

• Être support des Managers Opérationnels (MO)
• Accompagner les Managers Opérationnels dans les démarches d'amélioration de la qualité de service aux clients
• Définir et analyser les indicateurs contributifs à l'amélioration du Service Client
• Piloter les actions de progrès
• Mener chaque axe de progrès selon la méthode de gestion de projet
• Participer au déploiement des nouveaux systèmes d'information
• Accompagner les gestionnaires clients dans leur besoin de formation
• Former les nouveaux entrants aux systèmes d'information
• Identifier, analyser et résoudre les anomalies Métier
• Formaliser la récurrence des anomalies et apporter des solutions
• Définir et communiquer les offres de Service auprès des clients
• Analyser les dysfonctionnements et apporter des actions correctives pour l'amélioration du Service Client
• Assurer le back-up du Manager Opérationnel

The ArcelorMittal Supply Chain team has the end to end responsibility from order acceptance to delivery to the customer. Supply Chain manages raw material and demand planning, sales & operations planning, product flows and production scheduling, shipment planning and transport execution. We optimise service performance, production cost and inventories in the volatile environment of changing markets and industrial conditions. Our team coordinates between the commercial teams, the production entities and the purchasing organisation. In this wide range of activities, our customer team strives for optimal customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
