Job Overview

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits & People Analytics Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to two complementary areas: Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics.

On the Compensation & Benefits side, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our reward practices, including grading, annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, job evaluations and incentive schemes.

On the People Analytics side, you will leverage HR data to provide meaningful insights, develop dashboards and reporting, monitor key HR indicators and support strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to the reliability and automation of our HR reporting processes, including ESG and regulatory reporting.

This is a cross-functional role combining HR expertise, data analysis and digital capabilities, with the opportunity to progressively develop both dimensions and contribute to the transformation of HR practices.

What You'll Do:

Compensation & Benefits

• Support the annual compensation processes, including salary reviews and bonus campaigns.
• Conduct internal and external compensation benchmarking and contribute to salary proposals.
• Participate in compensation surveys and market analysis.
• Contribute to Grading and job evaluation processes and remuneration analyses.
• Support the calculation and monitoring of profit-sharing and incentive schemes in France.
• Monitor compensation-related KPIs and provide analysis to support reward decisions.

People Analytics & HR Data

• Monitor FTEs, payroll costs, budgets and key HR KPIs, identifying trends and providing data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HR reporting for HR teams and management.
• Produce and consolidate social and ESG indicators, ensuring data accuracy and compliance for regulatory reporting, including CSRD.
• Analyse HR data and provide ad hoc insights and recommendations to support HR and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of HR data in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage HR data flows related to organizational changes, workforce movements and structural evolutions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes and reporting through data, digital tools and AI.

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of initial experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or People Analytics / HR Data.
• Good understanding of compensation practices and HR data analysis.
• Experience with an HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a strong asset.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in data, digital tools and HR process transformation.
• Proactive and systematic use of AI tools to analyse data, automate repetitive tasks, improve processes and develop more efficient ways of working.
• Ability to identify opportunities to automate and simplify manual HR processes using technology, data and AI.
