You bring architectural rigor to the data layer that underpins personalization, measurement, and AI across our clients' marketing ecosystems. You work across cloud platforms, lakes, CDPs, and analytics tooling to design foundations that hold up at scale.

The work:

• Design marketing data architectures spanning CDPs (AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud), cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), and activation layers.

• Define data modelling standards, identity strategies, and taxonomy frameworks tailored to marketing use cases including segmentation, personalization, and attribution.

• Lead data architecture workstreams within large-scale MarTech transformation programmes from discovery and design through to implementation governance.

• Collaborate with MarTech architects, data engineers, and analytics teams to ensure data pipelines are fit for downstream activation and reporting.

• Advise clients on data governance, consent management, and privacy-compliant data practices relevant to marketing operations.

• Contribute to the Marketing Technology practice through reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and enablement of sales and delivery teams.

Here's what you need

• Proven experience as a data architect in marketing, digital, or CX technology context with demonstrable delivery across multiple engagements.

• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and their integration with marketing and analytics tooling, nxt to understanding knowledge layers in agentic solutions.

• Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and lead technical architecture conversations with clarity and confidence.

• Understanding of identity resolution, first-party data strategies, and the implications of a cookieless ecosystem. Furthermore, Python, SQL and others.

Bonus points if you have

• Hands-on experience with AEP data ingestion, XDM schema design, or RTCDP.

• Familiarity with AI/ML feature engineering for marketing use cases.

• Experience with data quality frameworks and observability tooling.
