Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Chargebacks inkl. Beleg- und Dokumentationsprüfung.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Merchant- und Zahlungsdienstleister-Teams zur Klärung von Fällen.
• Unterstützung beim Retrieval-Prozess (Beweismaterial, Transaktionsdaten) und Reporting.
• Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen, SLA-Beobachtung und Datenpflege

Das bringst du mit

• Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Jura, Finance oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse im Zahlungsverkehr, Chargebacks oder Fraud-Umfeld.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
